一千五百米的测试都游进三十分钟了,今天到奥体,想测一下自己一千五百米在正常游的情况下能游到多少分钟,也就看一看配数是多少,今天看看吧。下水了,热身四百米, 正式开油,一千五百米,完成了一千五百米的测试,我终于能够游进三十分钟了,平均心率是幺四四,最大心率幺五幺,没有奋力的油算是正常的油。 我的成绩是二十八分五十九秒,这个算是我的一个阶段性的一个进步吧。不过这个游泳的技术性的确是非常强,我也花了好几年的时间还能够游进一百米,两分钟以内也就是一千五百米, 能够游进三十分钟,这个也不容易,但我觉得就对于我们业余选手来讲,成绩并不是最主要的。首先是强身健体,或者这个也是一个学习的过程,我并没有去请专门的游泳教练来指导我的游泳,我更多是通过自己去学习,揣摩,看视频,思考,然后拍录像, 行,自我的检讨,自我的改进,自我反思。我觉得这个过程实际上挺有意思的,就是因为这是个学习的过程吗?学习就是充满了这个人生 一生的过去,你总会面对各种各样的新的东西,新的事物,保持一个学习的心态虽然是很重要的,当然我这种自学的的确是比较慢, 但是我觉得这个过程还是很愉悦的。游完一千五百米之后呢,我又游了三个一百米,但是放松吧。嗯,倍速基本上都在一百米一分四十五秒左右,看来我还是有更多的提升空间,加油!
