我专门从事脑力开发和记忆力训练工作八年了,很多朋友问我那个最强大脑节目当中,那些记忆力超强的人,他们是先天的呢?还是后天训练的? 我可以很负责任的告诉大家,没有一个是先天的,都是后天训练的,他们与我们普通人的唯一区别是,他们掌握了科学的提高记忆力的方法,而我们没有。今天呢,我们就用这条视频给大家揭秘一下最强大脑记忆高手的训练方法, 你可以把这方法学会之后呢,提高你的记忆效率和工作效率,当然也可以把它交给你家孩子,帮他们提高记忆效率,减轻作业负担。 提高记忆力的第一个方法是转换。什么叫转换呢?就是把大脑不擅长记忆的信息形式转换成大脑擅长记忆的信息形式。研究显示,大脑非常擅长记忆图像,但是 极不擅长处理文字。为什么会这样呢?这是由人的大脑的进化式决定的。我们人类大约有六百万年的历史,在这六百万年当中,人类的大脑一直在处理和记忆图像。 只有在最近的大约六千年,也就是人类发明了文字之后,人的大脑才开始学着去记忆文字。所以呢,人的大脑不擅长记忆文字,但是非常擅长记忆图像。 实践证明也确实如此。我们现在人在日常生活、工作和学习当中,既想大脑输入图像信息,也输入文字信息,甚至歧视输入的文字信息更多一些,比如我们说的话是语言文字,看的书是文字, 背的诗,背的课文都是文字。但是呢,大脑真正能留下来的信息往往是图像,而不是文字,是不是这样的呢?我们现在做个小实验啊,我说几个主题,你是 试着通过这个几个主题回想一下你大脑当中存的相关信息,是图像呢?还是文字啊?比如说初恋,你教取下你大脑当中信息,你看看是文字还是图像?故乡 我最喜欢的一本书,如何驾驶一辆汽车,相信你已经体验到了哈,你的大脑灯出现的几乎都是图像,几乎没有文字, 所以这说明你的大脑跟我们其他人的大脑一样,都是擅长记忆图像,但是不擅长记忆文字。我再举个例子哈,比如说有一天呢,你在大街上走的时候,迎面走来一个人,而你一眼就能认出他是你多年不见的同学。但是尴尬的事情是,你竟然忘了他叫什么名字了, 为什么会这样?因为他的长相是图像,虽然二十年不见,但你大脑当中依然完好的存留着他的图, 所以你能认出来他,但是他的名字是文字啊,而你的大脑没有存住他的名字,所以你就不记得他的名字了。所以当我们要记的信息是文字、数字、符号这些抽象信息的时候,不要直接去记啊,不要直接去记,而是首先把他们在脑中转换成 对应的图像,然后再一遍一遍的在大脑中的回忆这些图像,然后你就很快就记住了,而且长时间不会遗忘。 提高记忆力的第二个方法是联系,我们都有这样的体验哈,当你记得信息是孤立的,零散的、 无序的时候,就很难记。但是如果他们是一个完整的整体,反而容易记得。我们举个例子哈,如果让你记二十个完全不相关的词语,你会发现不好记,即使花了很长时间把他记住了,最后还会忘掉。那 如果我们把这二十个词语呢,编成一个有趣的故事,然后你会发现很快就记住了,而且很久之后你还能回忆起这个故事。这个编故事的方法在专业的记忆力训练当中叫做串联法, 类似通过建立联系,从提高记忆效率的方法还有很多,例如定妆法、地点法、编码法、移化题目法等等等等。那么为什么建立联系之后信息就好记了呢?其实建立联系的本质是建立一条回忆这个信息的线索和路径, 当我们把信息 a 与信息 b 紧密的结合在一起,再把信息 b 与信息 c 紧密的结合在一起,那么当我们回忆到 a 的时候就能想到 b, 当我们想到 b 的时候就能想到 c, 以此类推,可以无限延伸,这样你就能把所有机会的信息一连串的全部都获向起来。那么相反呢,如果你的信息 都是这个完全不相关的,那么想到 a 呢?并不能让你想到 b, 想到 b 呢,你也想不到 c, 所以你的信息回忆线索就会中断,那么所有中断之后的信息就都想不起来了。所以联系在整个记忆力训练当中是一个非常壮的环节,所以爱因斯坦说,记忆就是联系, 所以当我们记的信息是孤立的,零散的、不相关的时候,我们不能直接去记啊,不要直接去记,而是首先想办法把他们连接在一起, 或者把他们与你已经记住的信息连接在一起,然后再一遍一遍的回想这些信息是如何连成一个整体的,然后你就能很快的把他们记住,而且时隔很长时间之后,你依然能记得。 最强大脑当中很多记忆高手都参加过世界脑力锦标赛,甚至有些还获得了世界记忆大使的称号,例如王峰、李薇、 郑才谦。那么世界脑力锦标赛的冠军和世界记忆大师是如何练成的呢?他们用的方法也是一样的,都是转换和联系。 关于记忆的基本原理和基本方法,我们今天就先讲这么多,以后有机会我们再讲更多的更具体的记忆力训练方法。
